ProcessFour stepsDecision point after each

How a partnership with us actually runs.

No 40-page discovery deck, no six-week onboarding, no "strategy phase" that produces a slide library. Four steps, with a decision point after each one.

Week 0 to month 3.

About one in five intro calls ends with us naming a different kind of specialist. That's a better outcome for both of us than a three-month engagement that was never going to work.

Week 0

Intro call

Forty-five minutes. You describe the problem, we ask uncomfortable questions about numbers you may not have to hand, and we tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

Weeks 1–2

Audit

Brand, site, UX, technical SEO, content, ad accounts, tracking, CRM and affiliate terms. Your actual accounts and numbers, not a questionnaire. Yours regardless of what you decide next.

Week 2

Roadmap & forecast

Priorities ranked by revenue impact against effort, GEO by GEO, with a forecast we're prepared to be measured against and the assumptions written down next to it.

Weeks 3–8

Build

Design, development, content and campaign setup run in parallel. Weekly demos. A shared board where you can see progress daily instead of waiting for a monthly PDF.

Month 3+

Operate & scale

Test, cut what loses, scale what wins. Monthly business review on FTDs, deposit volume, NGR contribution, LTV and payback. Quarterly re-planning against what the data actually did.

What we ask from you.

We can't fix what we're not shown, and we've never once used a bad number against a client.

One decision-maker who can approve without a committee Access to accounts and data in week one A weekly 30-minute slot Honesty about numbers that look bad
The audit is yours

Written findings and a recorded walkthrough — regardless of what you decide next.

Including if you take it to another agency. We've never regretted that policy. If we can't forecast something honestly — and there are things in this industry nobody can — we say so rather than inventing a range.

Start with the audit.

Two weeks, fixed fee, yours to keep, credited against the first month if you continue.
